SloanLED, leaders in light technology for over sixty years, announces that it has added a 300-watt power supply to its expansive portfolio of drivers with options ranging from 12 and 24 VDC and 20 to 120 watts. The 300T1 has one primary connection for three secondaries—reducing the number of drivers needed per sign—resulting in less conduit, fewer hook-ups, and more space available in the sign.
The 300T1 is rated for damp and dry locations with a built-in junction box to protect the high voltage primary wires. The 300-watt power supply features constant voltage output at 24 V and three Class 2 outputs at 96 W (288 total), allowing it to power up to 48 feet (14.6 m) of SloanLED PrismBEAM 24V, work that previously required three individual power supplies. When factoring in parts and labor, the 300T1 significantly lowers the total sign cost.
“Power supplies are a crucial component to the dependability and safety of sign installations,” said Michael Bluhm, Director of Sign Product Solutions at SloanLED. “SloanLED stands behind their power supplies with nearly 1.2 million power supplies sold over the past 5 years and a 99.9 percent success rate and the 300T1 is engineered to those same exacting performance and reliability standards while supporting our various 24 VDC sign cabinet products and reducing the number of drivers installed in a sign.”
