GableSigns has rebranded and will begin operating under the name Gable, a visual solutions company. Its original name, GableSigns, no longer best represents the company Gable is today. As clients’ needs have changed and new technologies have emerged, Gable has become a digital technology company.
The Gilman Brothers Company has hired Rocky Schwalge as business development leader. He will be based out of the Portland, Oregon and will focus specifically on developing business in the western region. Schwalge previously worked at Premier Press as director of Wide Format. Gilman Brothers has also promoted Ari Luna to business development leader. Luna’s primary focus will be to build and develop industry relationships. She will specify the Gilman Brothers brand at all levels of the supply chain with concentration on the largest printers, POP display creators, advertising agencies and end-users closing the loop between project conception and project delivery. She has been with the company for seven years. Gilman Brothers has also hired Lori Gallo as strategic inside sales leader. Gallo previously worked for Nexus Resin Group as customer service supervisor.
SloanLED has promoted Don Hartford to director of Global Product Management – Sign Group. Hartford previously held the position of SloanLED’s Territory Sales Manager for the Southeastern U.S. Hartford will be responsible for managing SloanLED’s global sign product portfolio and roadmap, driving new product launches, and closely coordinating with Marketing, Operations, and the European Sales Team.
