The International Sign Association has sent out the following statement concerning the COVID-19 Coronavirus and its upcoming International Sign Expo being held April 1-4, in Orlando, Florida:

“ISA Sign Expo is a highly important event for the industry for exhibitors and attendees alike. Therefore, ISA needs to take many factors into account to ensure that the best decision is reached regarding the event.

“The COVID-19/Coronavirus is rapidly evolving and there are significant risks in both under-reacting and over-reacting to this complex and developing situation. Therefore, it’s important for ISA to make careful decisions, weighing all available information for any direct impact that this virus may or may not have on the show. In light of the U.S. Government’s unprecedented actions and the travel restrictions already in place and our work with the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando regarding medical and sanitation processes that will be in place, ISA Sign Expo will be a safe environment for our community to convene.

“Be assured, the safety of our participants at the show is our highest priority and we are closely monitoring the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and will fully comply with all official requirements.”
