ICE USA : The International Converting Exhibition and InPrint USA : The Exhibition of Print Technology for Industrial Manufacturing have announced a partnership with the National Association of Printing Ink Manufacturers (NAPIM). The partnership will benefit both the association’s members and the shows’ exhibitors by bringing all parties together to explore what opportunities new ink technologies can bring to the industrial digital print and converting industries. ICE USA and InPrint USA will be co-located and held April 9-11, 2019 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
InPrint USA is the leading exhibition for new technological breakthroughs across many industrial printing fields, including specialty, screen, digital and inkjet solutions. “Inks are the backbone of industrial printing,” said Kevin Jackson, Exhibition Manager, InPrint USA. “This partnership with NAPIM continues InPrint’s role as the premier showcase for industrial print technologies. Manufacturers will see how inks and coatings can open new opportunities, such as the latest conductive inks used to print functional electronics, food-grade inks that can indicate spoilage, and changes in ink technology used to print directly to substrates.”
ICE USA is North America’s leading converting exhibition, bringing over 250 exhibitors together with thousands of packaging, paper, non-woven and self-adhesive industry professionals. Manufacturers will showcase the latest equipment and technology from all key areas of converting like web coating, laminating, slitting, rewinding, coating, pouch making and many more.
“Ink manufacturers play an important role in the success of package printing for converters,” said Kristina Lorio, Sales Manager, ICE USA. “We are pleased to be partnering with NAPIM to bring the expertise of their members to the converting industry and provide their ink manufacturers with access to converter customers to research their needs to create new solutions.”
