Principal LED has been granted U.S. Patent No. 10,024,501, which relates to their market-leading Stik™ family of direct-connect LED retrofit assemblies.
“This latest patent further expands our leading market position in fluorescent-to-LED retrofit products,” said J. Bryan Vincent, partner at Principal.
Earlier this year, we obtained U.S. Patent No. 9,851,054, along with U.S. Patent No. 9,311,835 and Canadian Patent No. 2,759,366, each of which also relates to retrofit assemblies. The latter two patents cover methods that employ end caps between the LED module support and the existing socket.
