This year’s ArtCAM User Group meeting is going back to a multi-day, one-location national meeting format from August 22-24, 2013 at the Sheraton in New Orleans, LA. The extended format will mean more time to cover more projects and material, so users can be more productive and profitable with their ArtCAM software.
Commenting on the decision to go back to national meeting format Sean Plunkett, ArtCAM North America Sales Manager, said, “Over the last two years we have offered variations to the user group format from multi locations to online seminars in order to meet the needs of our very diverse customer base. While the feedback has been good on the quality of content presented at these events, a lot of our users have expressed that they missed the face-to-face interaction with engineers, developers and other users.”
This user group and content will focus on information and details mainly applicable to ArtCAM Insignia, Pro and JewelSmith but can be considered beneficial and informative to everyone who uses and wants to learn more about the ArtCAM software.
Each session and presentation will be packed with a combination of techniques, tips ‘n’ tricks, business benefits, and New Features, in turn educating you to be able to produce your work with greater speed, efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness. This is not a training class for beginners but will be beneficial to new as well as seasoned users. Topics include areas that can help you learn things you may not have known existed in the software and what’s coming out in the latest version, enhancing your existing skills so you can grow your business and be more profitable.
There will be some sessions and presentations with the entire group together but for the Jewelers using ArtCAM JewelSmith there will be break out and separate sessions focusing specifically on the ArtCAM JewelSmith software and Jewelry Design and Manufacture process. ArtCAM’s partners—Michael Buckley, John Stewart & Randy Hays—will be helping and contributing to the ArtCAM JewelSmith sessions and presentations.
Attendees who register before Friday July 9th will be eligible for the Early Bird pricing offer.
