Creative Sign Designs (CSD), a design-build company, was searching for a customer-driven product that could transform their uninspiring conference room and lobby into a collaborative workstation that would generate infinite ideas.
Before applying ThinkPaint, CSD was using a traditional whiteboard in the conference room. The installation process was expensive, and the whiteboard was small. It directed office employees to generate fact-driven notes and decreased the level of interaction among colleagues.
CSD decided to install ThinkPaint into the main conference room after removing the traditional whiteboard. The open space and size of ThinkPaint’s surface on the wall gave the conference room a modern look.
CSD then decided to install another ThinkPaint wall (for a total of 150 square feet), as more of an announcement board, in the shared lobby space. It quickly drew the attention of customers when they came in, as well as fostered daily ideas and conversation.
The CSD team was no longer challenged to generate innovative ideas. There was more space for employees to write, which in turn increased collaboration among colleagues and enhanced company culture. The satisfaction-driven product quickly led to a partnership for rich exposure to new markets with both companies.
