Cyrious Software has just released the ARTWORK APPROVAL App for Cyrious Control, the first of three major new releases in September. Fully integrated into Cyrious Control, ARTWORK APPROVAL lets print and sign company employees sell more, do more and make more by reducing the time, calls, emails and work necessary to get artwork approved and by creating a better customer experience.
“Customers were clamoring for an integrated system to streamline the artwork approval process. The wasted employee time and the back-and-forth with emails, faxes and phone calls really hamper how quickly an order gets to production. The errors common with manually tracking customer approval and the resulting reprints is financially painful and results in a poor customer experience,” shared Scott St.Cyr, founder of Cyrious Software.
After more than a year of research, focus groups, and field tests, Cyrious is excited to launch the Artwork Approval App. Results from early adopters showed jobs were approved and moved into production in a fraction of the time. According to Tiffanny Sanstra from Midtown Signs, “follow up calls, emails and faxes have been cut in half and that they no longer have the ‘he said, she said’ problem. The biggest thing is how professional and polished it looks going out to the customer.” Orders are being approved and moved into production in 3 days instead of the previous 5 to 7 days.
Customers can approve artwork on smart phones, tablets or computers. Employees use Artwork Approval from within Cyrious Control.
