EFI™, a world leader in customer-focused digital printing innovation, announced that it has acquired the assets of privately held printLEADER. printLEADER, with headquarters in Palm City, Fla., is a provider of print MIS (management information systems) software products for the printing industry.
While financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, the acquisition is not expected to be material to EFI’s Q2 or full-year 2013 results.

printLEADER’s MIS products will become integrated into EFI’s PrintSmith™ Vision product line, part of EFI’s EPS group. EFI will also continue to support the existing printLEADER client base, which consists of more than 800 commercial and in-plant printing operations across North America.
