Intelicoat Technologies was acquired by Exopack® Advanced Coatings in August of 2013. Recently, Exopack Advanced Coatings and five other key Sun Capital Partner manufacturing companies joined together to create one strong and recognized company identity under the name Coveris. The company will now conduct business as Coveris™ Advanced Coatings.
Coveris has implemented a new organizational structure to optimize delivery of service to global customers and enhance the company’s investment in world-class technologies and people.
