Exopack® Advanced Coatings, a member of Exopack Holdings SA, is a global and highly respected leader in the development, manufacture, and distribution of precision coated papers, films and specialty substrates for imaging, electronic, medical, optical and security technologies, has announced that it has purchased InteliCoat Technologies™, a global market leader in the development and fulfillment of high-performance digital imaging substrates. This acquisition will enable further product development and increase the unique competitiveness of Exopack Advanced Coatings as a global manufacturer.

Exopack Advanced Coatings intends to keep all Magic®, Magiclée®, Museo®, and JetSet® offerings, consisting of the same base papers and coating processes. The InteliCoat brands will continue to be sold through the current distribution channel of Magic brand dealers. Additionally InteliCoat’s sales, marketing, and customer service team will remain in Western Massachusetts, USA.
