Committed to its franchise expansion efforts in California, FASTSIGNS International Inc.—the worldwide franchisor of more than 560 FASTSIGNS® sign, graphics, and visual communications centers in eight countries—will be exhibiting at the West Coast Franchise Expo October 23-25, 2014 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
During the three-day event, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with FASTSIGNS representatives to discuss the franchise buying process and learn more about the company’s proven business model, high franchise partner satisfaction rankings, $6 million funding through Franchise America Finance and a special incentive program for military veterans, including a 50 percent discount off the initial franchise fee.
“We’re looking forward to meeting with prospective owners at the West Coast Franchise Expo,” said Mark Jameson, EVP of Franchise Support and Development at FASTSIGNS. “California is a great market for FASTSIGNS – we already have nearly 50 locations open throughout the state, but there is room for several additional centers as business districts continue to grow. While we are targeting our efforts statewide, our focus will be heavily on Southern California, including Los Angeles county and Orange county.”
With more than forty-five centers in operation throughout California, the burgeoning franchise opened new locations in Lake Forest and Mira Mesa-North San Diego earlier this year and has additional centers under development in Hayward, Irving, Long Beach, Oxnard, and Petaluma. All told, the company plans to increase its California presence with seven to ten new locations a year for the next five years.
As the leading brand name in the sign and graphics industry, the company offers the latest technology, cost savings through relationships with national vendors and suppliers, comprehensive marketing and visual communications solutions and the benefits that come from networking with FASTSIGNS centers nationwide.
For Mira Mesa-North San Diego franchise partner Victoria Crane and her husband, a solid support system and wealth of expertise attracted her to FASTSIGNS. Crane, who most recently was in marketing and sales for private equity firms and hedge funds, explained, “FASTSIGNS goes above and beyond what other sign franchises offer in terms of business strategy, technology focus, industry experience and support. Plus, with FASTSIGNS in-house team of experts, it’s like I have more than 100 employees working for me on top of a network of 500-plus franchisees that I can call on at any time for guidance and advice.
“For example, before I opened my center, I landed a large multi-sign electrical contract that would be a challenge even for people who have been in the business for a while. I was able to work closely on a regular basis with a few franchisees as well as around ten others from the FASTSIGNS support team and effectively completed the project.”
