FDC Graphic Films, Inc. was named an Authorized Master Converter and Distributor for HEYtex® direct-print textiles. FDC now carries a selection of HEYtex’s most popular products in widths up to 63 inches. HEYtex printable textiles are available through FDC’s distributors in the United States and Canada.
FDC currently stocks 100 percent PVC free textiles for front lit, backlit, canvas and block out applications along with front lit and block out PVC coated textiles from the German company. The current textile selection covers a variety of print technologies including latex, solvent, eco-solvent, UV curing and dye sublimation inks. Additionally, several direct-print textiles are certified for HP and Mimaki latex printers, so printer profiles are preloaded on to the machines.
“FDC significantly improves availability of high-quality, direct-print textiles with HEYtex branded products by offering a range of shorter lengths, widths and finishes with same day shipment,” said George Marsh, FDC Vice President and General Manager. “Now virtually everyone with a wide format printer can offer printed textiles.”
FDC’s textile program allows distributors to select a variety of roll widths and lengths that are available to ship same day from South Bend, Indiana. Drop shipping and low freight minimums are also offered as part of the new program.
HEYtex is internationally recognized for product quality and performance. The manufacturer weaves fabrics and applies its own ink receptive coatings, which helps creates eye catching graphics. Textiles are used for a variety of applications like interior banners, backlit framed signage, trade exhibits and display graphics.
