From all about plastisol and water-based inks, to making heat transfers, using foil and puff, making the perfect screen, all about screen mesh, and more – you will leave full of great ideas and most exercises are hands-on! You will leave with a stack of printed shirts (shirts are free). You will coat a screen, expose it, help setup the press, get your hands inky, and learn by doing.

If you want to become a great color separator like Scott Fresener then why not learn directly from him. Learn all the tips, techniques, and secrets from a master color separator. Learn how to use Adobe Photoshop to color separate for garment screen printing. If you have FastFilms, T-Seps, or any automated color separation software this class will REALLY help you be a better separator.
This class is hands-on. Bring your laptop (Mac or PC) and follow along while Scott Fresener takes you through dozens and dozens of exercises and gives you step-by-step training based on his 40+ years of experience.
Plus, you will learn how to fix bad artwork, how to create artwork for easier printing, all about proper screen making, press setup and in, AND you will print a six-color black shirt print as your final exercise.

Direct-to-Garment Session – August 22
On the second night of the class, we hold a two-hour DTG session using the latest Epson F2000 printer. Learn all about DTG, how to print on light and dark shirts, how to pretreat garments, machine maintenance, and more. This session is open to attendees of either class.
