Graphics One is pleased to announce a completely redesigned Web site for the technical support and the sale of support products distributed by Graphics One.The GO Tek website located at www.gotekgroup.com has been redesigned to incorporate Knowledge Base pages, Warranty Registration pages, Issue pages, Service and Support pages, and Screen Share capabilities for the Graphics One customer base. Additionally specialized replacement parts and support products needed for small and large format imaging are available on the site for customers to purchase.
Juan Carlos Clavijo, GO Technical Management, stated, “We redesigned the GO Tek Group Web site from the ground up to include all the capabilities we ourselves would like to see in a tech support Web site.
