Griffco Partners, Inc., a provider of large format custom printing, has achieved consistency in their quoting with the use of Cyrious Control. Operating a 19,000-square foot facility with over 30 employees, Griffco Partners, Inc., was in need of a system to bridge the communication gap between the front of the business and the back end.
Prior to having a system in place, each member of the sales team had their own way of pricing and captured the information differently. This caused confusion and redundancy in the production department.
Now, every job detail is captured in the sales order, which has resulted in a 90 percent decrease in calls and communication efforts between the production team and sales office to confirm the details of an order.
