The ROLLSROLLER, a versatile, high-quality laminator from Swedish manufacturer Reklamide is available to sign makers in the United States from Graphic Solutions Group. Using a new production technology, this flatbed applicator is designed to remove bottlenecks by enabling a single person to apply all types of large-format, self-adhesive vinyl and digital prints, with up to 80 percent time-savings and minimal waste.
The sign or material to be laminated is positioned on the worktable, and the roller keeps the material being applied and the sign substrate in place. Using a minimum of manual power, the roller handles the application. The ROLLSROLLER provides complete control over positioning and results that are free of bubbles and creases.
The ROLLSROLLER features a chassis and beam made completely of steel so as not to deform over time, even if the underlying surface is uneven. Automatic roller-height adjustment is standard, and the worktable has a self-healing mat.
