ISA International Sign Expo 2013, the premier event for the sign and visual communications profession produced by the International Sign Association (ISA), has landed on two of Trade Show Executive’s lists of 50 Fastest Growing Trade Shows. The exhibit hall featured 595 companies occupying 202,000 square feet and had a waiting list for the first time. Attendance exceeded 19,500, making it one of the largest International Sign Expo events in ISA history. The increase in each area was significant enough to place ISA on separate lists for the growth in attendance and number of exhibiting companies.
Trade Show Executive releases only the names of the Fastest 50 in advance; rankings will be announced at its Fastest 50 Awards & Summit in Chicago May 20-22. ISA International Sign Expo 2012 made Trade Show Executive’s Gold 100 Listing of Largest Events, which is released each summer.
“We’re thrilled to be included in Trade Show Executive’s list of 50 Fastest Growing Trade Shows,” said Lori Anderson, ISA president and CEO. “This only solidifies what we all felt at ISA International Sign Expo 2013: a new energy in our industry and at Sign Expo.”
The Trade Show Executive ranking is not the only honor for ISA International Sign Expo 2013. The International Sign Association and CSG Creative earned the E.X.C.I.T.E. award for best marketing campaign for ISA Sign Expo 2013. The award was presented by Expo Magazine as part of its annual event to honor the very best in expos and trade shows.
“It’s always an honor to be recognized outside of our industry,” said Brandon Hensley, ISA chief operating officer. “We’re already hard at work on ISA International Sign Expo 2014 and have many exciting things planned to help our members and attendees expand and build their businesses. We have seen a strong commitment to exhibit space, hotel bookings and registrations by both exhibitors and attendees, so we have every expectation of continued growth.”
ISA International Sign Expo 2014 will be April 23-26 in Orlando, Florida. To learn more, visit www.signexpo.org.
