LexJet is pleased to announce it has been named the exclusive U.S. and Canadian distributor for Green Textile’s new line, EnduraFab™ Textiles.

EnduraFab™ Textiles offer print service providers a high-quality, highly durable direct print fabric alternative to dye-sublimation technology. EnduraFab™ fabrics are made of 100% polyester warp knit textiles that have been finished with a proprietary chemistry specifically designed to adhere third-generation latex inks to the fabric.

The combination of the EnduraFab™ finish and third-generation latex inks dramatically increases durability of the print, as well as scratch- and wrinkle-resistance without sacrificing vivid image quality. Printers looking for new fabrics for soft signage, SEG frames, trade show displays, wall mounts and retail graphics will be impressed with the dye-sub-like soft hand and elegant draping of this new line.

“EnduraFab™ is a product specifically designed to work well with latex inks, which provides a more durable substrate when compared to other untreated products,” says Steve Vaught, vice president of production at High Resolutions, Inc., in Knoxville, Tenn. The new line fills a gap in the latex market and performs better than other fabrics because it’s “much more abrasion-resistant,” Vaught says.

With no length-wise stretching, EnduraFab™ Textiles run consistently through printers and can be cold cut with normal scissors. Plus, they pass the 2A wash test, surviving five traditional wash cycles without fading.

“Our industry is demanding new fabric options for soft signage, and EnduraFab™ is the ideal solution,” says LexJet product specialist Jaimie Mask. “Because this fabric line works seamlessly with latex technology, it allows PSPs to be truly competitive with dye-sublimation printers, with lower labor costs, easier handling and faster turn-around.”

Plus, as the exclusive distributor, we know that LexJet will help ensure that our new EnduraFab™ line becomes the go-to fabric for latex printers.”
