MACtac® Graphic Products has announced Application Nation™ session dates and locations for the first half of 2012. Each one-day class will cover the basics of proper vinyl preparation and installation for a variety of applications.
At each session, attendees will learn how to process different films, how to prepare substrates, and best practices for successful vehicle wrap and architectural applications. Following the instructional portion, attendees will have the opportunity to implement the techniques by practicing with hands-on demos.

Application Nation is a community created specifically for applicators in the graphics industry. It’s a unique network of peers focused on enhancing standards in application discussion, education, ideas, trends and techniques. Now the program’s one-day course focuses on the basics of vehicle wraps application, highlights architectural applications like walls, floors and windows, covers industry trends, and getting the most out of digital graphics.

Each attendee will be provided with a tool kit and plenty of vinyl samples to use during the session. The cost to attend a session varies depending on the distributor but is usually less than $300 per attendee.
