“Architectural SSL is a leading magazine for the solid state lighting industry and its Product Innovation Awards are considered standards of excellence,” said Executive Vice President for MaxLite Thomas Rhee. “Our LED Round Pendant and Lightbars are generating a tremendous amount of excitement and we are proud to continue to offer these innovative products to the commercial and specification marketplace.”
The LED Round Flat Panel Pendant can be cable-hung or surface mounted easily in offices, hospitality and retail environments, and other spaces that demand sophistication. The energy conserving, 45-watt pendant, with a thin profile that is less than three inches, has a 24-inch round shape that traditional technologies cannot create. The contemporary pendant features a high lumen output and efficacy, and is designed with an integral driver within the fixture for simple installation. Available in warm and cooler LED color temperatures, the fixture operates on 100- to 277-volt systems with full-range dimming capabilities and can be used with building control, motion sensor and daylight harvesting systems for additional savings. Proprietary binned LED chips, combined with the micro-surface optic incorporated diffuser, reduces glare and delivers even, shadow-free light distribution, and accurate color rendering. Constructed with a molded, enclosed housing and back panel, the pendant is offered in white or black architectural gloss finishes to complement any interior décor color palette. MaxLite’s flexible, self-driven Plug-and-Play LED Lightbars are available in a variety of color temperatures, wattages and lengths, and have overall dimensions less than one square inch. The dry-listed lightbars were designed to be easily concealed in general cove, accent, wall wash, indirect, under cabinet and display case lighting in bathrooms, conference rooms, lobbies and foyers in homes, hotels, retailer stores, restaurants and other hospitality and commercial spaces. Designed with an integral LED driver, using a grounded 3-wire construction, the Lightbars are powered by a standard AC outlet and dimmable down to 15 percent with many dimming controls (for a complete list visit http://www.maxlite.com/products/plug-and-play-led-lightbars). The fixtures have recently been reengineered for high performance with three times the lumen output for a more powerful light and leading edge efficacy that is superior to that of CFLs and halogen fixtures. Concealing the light sources from view, the units feature an architectural grade diffuser above color-matched LEDs to minimize glare and deliver even light distribution. The lightbars are constructed of high-quality, extruded aluminum with a durable powder-coated finish that ensures a sleek appearance in all applications, and can be secured with the use of supplied pressure clips. Up to 30 fixtures can be linked together for continuous, uninterrupted long runs. View the product page: http://www.maxlite.com/products/plug-and-play-led-lightbars.
