Bunting Magnetics Company has named Sonia Cox as director of Marketing. She is responsible for the global presence of Bunting Magnetics Company, as well as its subsidiaries Bunting Magnetic Europe Ltd., Magnet Applications, buymagnets.com, and emagnetsuk.com. Cox brings over twelve years of marketing and product development experience to her new position.
ILFORD has acquired CMA Graphix Group, a provider of cost-effective, cutting-edge inkjet papers across Europe and America. As a result, ILFORD will now directly supply CMA customers with a portfolio of products offered under the brand. To further strengthen the proofing knowledge base within the organization, Gerardo Cerros, managing director of CMA Graphix, will join ILFORD as its new chief technology officer, Color Management. In this position, Cerros will drive the proofing business unit to offer the market an end-to-end print production solution. ILFORD was also recently named a product licensee for the KODAK MATCHPRINT Inkjet Proofing Media range. In order to further enhance the offering to KODAK MATCHPRINT customers, ILFORD has also acquired color management solution provider Colorportal. Rebranded as ILFORD Professional Solutions, the new ILFORD business unit will offer customers a comprehensive consultancy service to ensure they optimize their end-to-end print production process for offset and digital printing.
iZone Imaging has appointed Grady Brown as the new president. Brown will work to achieve continued growth and expansion of iZone Imaging’s custom high pressure laminate (CHPL) products in their core markets as well as establishing new vertical markets. He previously served as president of ASI Signage Innovations and in a variety of leadership roles for the International Sign Association (ISA) and the Society for Environmental Graphic Design (SEGD).

Hester will grow the market share through specific targeted business plans and work to expand the company’s North American presence. He brings over 20 years of experience in all phases of sales and marketing to his new position.
Vastex International, Inc. has named Steve Baer sales operations manager. Baer will oversee the day-to-day sales administration for the complete line of Vastex screenprinting equipment. He also plans to streamline customer response and dealer support systems, and foster a quality-oriented culture based on teamwork and ownership to increase sales and profitability. He previously worked at Nacci Printing, LEM Products, and Volvo Group, and he brings 20 years of sales and marketing experience to his position.
