He will be responsible for providing technical assistance in cleaning, refurbishing, testing, assembling, and restoring printheads and other parts for grand format printers, as well as overseeing and managing inventory storage, labeling, and shipping. Giefer’s previous experience combines strong sales and customer relations with the technical expertise and precision required for the job.

He will oversee all day-to-day customer service functions, communications, quality control, and technical support for industry professionals. He will also oversee the Product Training department. Hirsch previously worked for Generation Brands, and he brings over twelve years of experience to his new position.

Safety Speed Manufacturing announces the retirement of 30-year employee Ruth Ohman. Ohman retired from her duty as Parts and Customer Service representative, where she strived to help customers. Her parts and product expertise allowed Safety Speed to be a more productive and efficient company, while also helping the company to expand. Ohman plans to spend more time on the golf course and with her family.
