Cineplex Entertainment, which acquired Digital Display & Communications, has renamed the digital signage unit Cineplex Digital Solutions (CDS). The announcement comes with news that Labatt, a CDS client predating the Cineplex acquisition, has expanded its relationship with the company and will add 170 displays to its current network of over 500 screens in five provinces.

Shaughnessy has purchased the assets of Indel-Davis. The Indel-Davis product line will be part of Shaughnessy Graphics, a division of Shaughnessy. As a result of the purchase, Shaughnessy will extend its business to new markets and bring an entire portfolio of new products to its existing customer base.
