International Patterns Inc., a forty-three-year-old sign and graphic company in Bay Shore, New York, has named Russ Fragala as vice president of Sales and Marketing. Fragala will be responsible for expanding growth of the company, creating new product lines, and creating partnerships with new dealers and representatives in areas that the company currently doesn’t have representation in. He previously worked as COO of IDS Menus.
The International Sign Association has hired James Carpentier, AIPC, to join the government relations department as manager of state and local government affairs. Previously, Carpentier owned a consulting firm that managed sign variances and entitlements and worked with state sign associations on legislative issues. Prior to that, he worked as director of government relations for YESCO.
