Color Management Group has hired Mike Ruff. Ruff brings over forty-three years of experience in the graphic arts to his position, and he also serves as principal of Mike Ruff Consulting in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. In addition, Ruff has contributed significantly to color standards groups, including ISO TC130 and the IDEAlliance Print Properties Committee. He is also a Certified G7 Expert Trainer and a Certified G7 Process Control and Conformance Expert and was instrumental in writing the current G7 certification curriculum. Sublimation printing expert Mike Motter has also joined Color Management Group. Mr. Motter has over forty-five years of experience in the printing industry and has been directly involved with sublimation printing since 1994. As the principal of California-based Graphic Resources Unlimited, he specializes in helping digital and lithographic printers adopt and succeed with sublimation printing operations.
LSI Industries Inc. has hired Dennis W. Wells as its new chief executive officer and president. Wells has over thirty years’ experience in lighting, graphics, and lighting controls. Prior to joining LSI, he was COO of Glantz Dynamic Solutions. Previous employers include Fulham, Inc., Acuity Brands Lighting, and Schneider Electric.
