Daktronics Inc., now offers fuel retailers the new Cash/Credit LED display. This product rotates through three payment methods of “CASH,” “CREDIT,” and “DEBIT.” The ability to advertise a price discount for cash or debit payment helps retailers by decreasing the number of purchases made using a credit card.
“Our new Cash/Credit LED display is a great way for c-stores to avoid swipe fees on petroleum purchases that already have tight profit margins. Lower cash and debit card prices can now be posted without increasing the overall sign size. Customers filling up their tanks also see a savings when paying with cash, debit card or loyalty card,” says Curt Puetz, Daktronics product manager. “I am excited about how simple it is to change fuel prices with this product, especially using the keyfob remote. The Cash/Credit sizes match up well with all of the sizes we offer in our existing Fuelight™ product family.”
In addition to these fuel price management options, the Cash/Credit product is highly visible day or night, easy to install, and simple to control. Designed to be compatible with up to five product lines of our Fuelight 3000 or Fuelight 4500 8-inch to 48-inch petroleum displays, users control the Cash/Credit LED display using standard Fuelink™ control options.
The Cash/Credit LED display offers petroleum retailers more options than similar products:
