Brand Management Group (BMG) introduces new Kodak Backlit Film to boost backlit output with solvent, low-solvent and UV-curable printers. KODAK Backlit Film, Glossy / 8 mil / Solvent delivers exceptional color saturation for a variety of backlit applications. The new polyester gloss-coated backlit film is the latest breakthrough in imaging technology from Kodak for solvent, low-solvent and UV-curable inkjet print technologies.
The 8-mil front-print backlit is heavyweight and durable for any backlit application, including retail signs, outdoor backlits, tradeshow displays, and menu boards. Kodak Backlit Film yields deep, vivid color that emulates the popular KODAK DURATRANS Display Material from continuous-tone machines.
“Print shops with solvent, low-solvent and UV-curable printers have been looking for a reliable and consistent backlit material that they can print in one pass and get the color saturation they need for backlits that pop,” says CJ Forker of Brand Management Group (BMG). “For shops looking to reduce costs and increase production, this backlit fits the bill.”
The backlit film can also looks great in non-backlit applications, and comes with an economical price point to ensure profitable and repeat business.
BMG has a trademark licensing agreement for Kodak’s Wide-Format Inkjet and KODAK PROFESSIONAL Inkjet Media lines that it markets through a worldwide re-seller network. KODAK Backlit Film, Glossy /8 mil / Solvent is available through BMG’s worldwide re-seller network in 36-, 50-, and 60-inch widths.
