OKI Data Americas announces its participation and gold sponsorship of the upcoming 2016 SGIA Expo taking place September 14-16 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Making its North American debut at SGIA is the new ColorPainter E-64s wide-format printer—the latest addition to OKI’s esteemed ColorPainter line. The C942 is a five-color, A3/tabloid digital production printer with white toner that enables users to print in full, vibrant color and/or crisp white on any color media—quickly, efficiently, and in a single pass. This new breed device incorporates OKI’s award-winning LED printing technology and unprecedented media handling capabilities to deliver unique production and graphic arts performance to the market.
The C942 produces high-quality, high-value output in a device that occupies a small footprint, and which is offered at an acquisition cost of up to 80 percent less than its closest competitor. With its straight paper path, this groundbreaking printer handles an impressive range of media, including heavyweight stock up to 360 gsm, polyester, plus magnets and banners up to 52 inches in length.
