ONYX 12 will offer faster RIP performance, a simplified user interface and advanced finishing tools. When ONYX 12 becomes available, versions will shift. This shift will cause increases in upgrade pricing:
* ONYX 11 will now be considered a previous version status;
* ONYX Version 10 is currently previous and will change to a legacy status; and
* ONYX Version 7 is currently legacy and will no longer be eligible for ONYX Advantage. You will be required to purchase a new ONYX 12 package.
In order to save on the upgrade, customers who purchased ONYX 11 on or after May 15, 2015 or those that have an active ONYX Advantage software maintenance agreement will automatically qualify for an upgrade to the newest version of ONYX software.
ONYX Advantage software maintenance is designed to provides a cost effective solution to keep your RIP and workflow software current with easy access to all of the latest features. This program enable users to save up to 40 percent of the cost to purchase these benefits separately.
