Rotuba, a Linden, New Jersey-based manufacturer of lighting sheets and profiles, is selling their sheet business to Columbus, Ohio-based Plaskolite, LLC, a manufacturer of continuously processed acrylic sheet products. Plaskolite will incorporate these products into their vast product offering and begin manufacturing in their state-of-the-art production facilities located in Columbus and Zanesville, Ohio, and Olive Branch, Mississippi.
