Principal Lighting Group, LLC (PLG) and Aries Graphics International, Inc. 
have entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement in which PLG will acquire certain assets of Aries Graphics in a cash transaction. The deal is set to close in approximately 45 days.
“We are very excited to continue the journey of Aries Graphics as part of PLG,” Jeff Fassett, President of Aries Graphics said. “We believe PLG has the resources and commitment to the sign industry to help take our industry leading software to the next level. Together we look forward to launching LED Wizard 8, which will dramatically improve the productivity for sign shops in the process of estimating and producing LED channel letters and sign cabinets.”
PLG’s co-founder J. Bryan Vincent, Ph.D. added that “Aries Wizard software platform is an instrumental piece of the estimating process and fits directly with our mission of simplifying the lives of our customers.”
