John Dziak, owner and CEO of Printscape, said the acquisition will enhance his company’s talent base and expands its signage and graphics capabilities.
Mark Sokol, the former owner of Visual Impact Graphics, will operate Printscape’s growing vehicle graphic business and serve as an internal production consultant. He brings more than a decade of signage and graphic experience to the firm. “We made this acquisition because we value Mark’s expertise,” added Dziak.
Printscape, formerly known as Washington Reprographics, operates stores in downtown Pittsburgh, Monroeville, Pennsylvania; Canonsburg (Southpointe), Pennsylvania; and Morgantown, West Virginia. The company has gained recognition within the local design and architectural communities for its ability to produce colorful and unique wall-sized graphics for the Consol Energy Center, Heinz History Center, Stage AE, the Carnegie Science Center, and other heavily frequented venues.
