RDH Supply, Inc., has initiated a new category of wide format print supplies; the Super category. Company employees are excited to introduce a new level of product that offers specifications above and beyond the current categorical offerings of economy, intermediate, and premium products sold into the sign and graphics industries.
RDH Supply, Inc., is the global master distributor for the TW360 line of products from TrafficWrapz. TrafficWrapz, based out of Orlando, Florida, manufactures the TW360 line of laminates in conjunction with DuPont™, as well as concurrently offering a soy-based, non-harmful graffiti and adhesive remover that can be used on the TW360 laminates and a multitude of other surfaces for cleaning purposes.
TW360 SL Series of laminates focuses on graphic and reflective protection through increased longevity in both standard, and harsh conditions. TW360 SL laminates are specially formulated as 1-mil-thick with a 0.8- to 1-mil permanent acrylic adhesive on an overlay liner. It offers long term seven- to nine-year UV protection for extended life of the graphics and colors underneath in even the harshest of desert conditions.
Super Laminate is also stain-resistant, scuff-resistant, and non-ghosting. Its surface is non-stick for easy removal of graffiti and environmental debris (including, but not limited to, spray paint, acrylic oil pen, acid etch pen, dirt, sand, road & ocean salt, snow, and ice).
Patented AdhesiveGuard® technology does not accept adhesives therefore allowing decals and stickers to be removed with ease. TW360’s revolutionary advanced technology has created the first ever material that is self-cleaning! In many cases it may not need to be washed or scrubbed by hand to remove graffiti and debris.
Applications for TW360 range from municipal signage including street and thruway signs to long-term and short-term graphical signage. TW360 Super Laminate is currently in use on signage ranging from zoos, municipal and park signage, city beautification projects, art installations, environmental, wayfinding signage, and informational tourist signage (such as the Maid of the Mist information board in Niagara Falls, New York).
