The new Live Support is part of the SGIA ASSIST program, a member benefit that provides unlimited technical, product referral, and managerial support, as well as any general inquiries by toll-free phone, email, and online chat services. There is no additional charge for support services, or a limit to the number of calls, emails, or chats.
