Tri Vantage, the nation’s largest distributor serving awning, marine and furniture industries, is opening a Seattle distribution center that will focus on expanded service throughout the Pacific Northwest.
The new 15,000-square-foot center is located in the Southcenter South Industrial Park in Tukwila, Washington, just outside of Seattle. It will support the Tri Vantage product line that ranges from performance fabrics and hardware to shading system components.
“We are establishing this new distribution center because Tri Vantage is a strategically important supplier to the awning, marine and furniture industries, and we want to support a closer connection to our many customers throughout the Pacific Northwest,” said Steve Toth, vice president of operations for Tri Vantage.
Chris Lazar, who has more than ten years of experience in warehouse and distribution management, will serve as site manager for the Tri Vantage Seattle location. Most recently, he served as assistant manager of the Tri Vantage distribution center in Hayward, California.
Working closely with Lazar will be Holly Menashe, who will continue to serve as account representative for the Northwest. A native of the Oregon coast, Menashe has more than thirty years of sales experience, including the management of her own interior design firm. She earned a degree in textiles and design from Oregon State University.
The Seattle center, which is located at Southcenter South Industrial Park, Building 300, 18417 Cascade Avenue South, Tukwila, WA 98188, is scheduled to begin operations on April 16 and can be reached at 800/213-1465.
