About the speakers:

Dawn Homa

Dawn Homa has been the Owner of Signarama Brighton in Colorado for 18-plus years. With a BA in Business Management and an MSM in Project Management, Homa has used her extensive skills in sales, marketing and social media to help build her personal brand, Ask the Sign Lady, and promote her franchise. Despite the pandemic, the signage expert grew her business by an impressive 30% in 2019, 2020 and 2021 by implementing new strategies—including adding equipment to help automate production.

 

Derek Atchley

Derek Atchley has served as Owner of Columbus, Ohio-based graphics solutions provider Atchley Graphics for more than 17 years. Prior to that, he owned and managed two sign companies, developed and managed the print department for a large exhibit firm, and covered a six-state region as a corporate field representative for a large sign industry franchise. In addition to being a professional graphic and industrial designer for 30 years, Atchley is a member of the Columbus and TriVillage Chambers of Commerce, as well as multiple graphics industry associations.

 

Christina Green

Christina Green is Content Director for Sign Builder Illustrated’s print and digital media. In this newly created role, Green leads all content initiatives for the how-to brand’s portfolio, including the monthly magazine, website, newsletters, social media, events and special projects. She previously worked as Managing Editor of a competing trade magazine serving the sign industry. Before that, Green was Senior Editor and Content Specialist for a media and events brand in the boutique hospitality interior design market.
